Luke 18:16 says Kids are always welcome at Palm Springs Adventist Church. There are many programs that are made especially for our little ones. On Sabbath Morning, ALL AGES of Children are invited to attend Sabbath School in the Youth Room at 9:30am. After Song Service the High School aged kids break off to their own program in the T.H.I.R.S.T. room. The remaining children go to see some of these High School aged children “act out” the weeks lesson for the younger ones. After that the Middle Years kids break off to their own program in the Junior’s Room. The remaining kids stay for crafts, Mission Story and more fun back in the Youth Room. You see we really pack a lot into an hour program each and every week.
There's a special program available to Children on the first Sabbath of every month. Children of all ages and grades are invited to the Youth Room following Children's Story during the 10:45am service for their very own time of worship! The children will follow a leader out of the sanctuary and out to the Youth Room where together they will sing songs, hear God's message, and pray in playful and creative ways.
This summer we are very proud to offer a tremendous Vacation Bible School program. Mark your calendars and invite your friends to our “Family” VBS that will be July 9-13 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. This year we explore how to be Brave like Daniel with “Babylon: Daniel’s Courage in Captivity”.
Parents and others called to ministry with children are welcome to join or volunteer. We need adults each week to help the children participate in worship. Worship is important for parents and children, and now we have a fantastic opportunity for both groups to praise God in their own unique ways!
